The elegant side of Vietnam in your cup. Our Ca Phe Moka is made from 100% pure Arabica of the rare Moka variety: small-bean, hand-picked, and with a complexity that delights every coffee lover.
Where Ca Phe Den impresses with strength, the Moka scores with finesse. Floral notes, a natural fruity acidity, and a long, slightly sweet finish make this coffee something special. Less caffeine, more aroma, for anyone who wants to experience coffee, not just drink it.
Brewed traditionally in the Phin filter, the delicate aromas of the Moka really come into their own. It's also a revelation as a pour-over or in an espresso machine, enjoyed pure, without distraction.
250g, ground to a medium-fine grind, for anyone looking for something special.

Medium to medium-fine, so coarser than espresso and finer than French press. That grind is made for the Phin filter but works just as well in a pour-over or a portafilter.
Cool, dry and away from light, ideally in the resealable original bag. The best before date is printed on the pack. Once opened the coffee tastes best within four to six weeks, after that it noticeably loses aroma.
Not strictly, the coffee tastes good with other methods too. For the typical Vietnamese character it is worth it though, and at a few euros it is the cheapest coffee gear you will ever buy.
250 grams gives you roughly 15 to 20 cups in the Phin filter, depending on your dosing. At two to three tablespoons per cup that is a good two weeks if you drink one cup a day.
