Discover the authentic taste of Vietnam: bold, dark, and unmistakable. Our Ca Phe Den is made from 100% pure Robusta, hand-picked in the highlands of Vietnam, where the unique climate gives the coffee its characteristic personality.
Pure Robusta means more caffeine, more body, more intensity. A coffee that doesn't whisper, it speaks. The dark roast brings out the typical earthy, lightly chocolatey notes in full, making every sip a real experience.
Brewed traditionally with the Vietnamese Phin filter, Ca Phe Den drips slowly and patiently into the cup, a ritual that slows you down while waking you up. Enjoyed pure or with sweetened condensed milk as a classic Ca Phe Sua Da: both versions are unforgettable.
250g, ground to a medium-fine grind, ready for your Phin filter or espresso machine.

Medium to medium-fine, so coarser than espresso and finer than French press. That grind is made for the Phin filter but works just as well in a pour-over or a portafilter.
Cool, dry and away from light, ideally in the resealable original bag. The best before date is printed on the pack. Once opened the coffee tastes best within four to six weeks, after that it noticeably loses aroma.
Not strictly, the coffee tastes good with other methods too. For the typical Vietnamese character it is worth it though, and at a few euros it is the cheapest coffee gear you will ever buy.
250 grams gives you roughly 15 to 20 cups in the Phin filter, depending on your dosing. At two to three tablespoons per cup that is a good two weeks if you drink one cup a day.
